Gordon E. Ettie
Gordon brings extensive experience in process equipment industries. He retired from Hosokawa Micron International, Inc. where he was President of the Product Recovery Group. At Hosokawa he also had served as President of the Americas and President of Hosokawa Bepex in Minneapolis, MN. Previously he was President and CEO of AquaAir, Inc., a Vice-President of Ingersoll-Rand and President of CPM, a division of Ingersoll-Rand. Recently Mr. Ettie has been a consultant to large multinational companies such as Baker Hughes and Alfa Laval, Inc. Gordon sits on the Board of Dexter Magnetic Technologies and Fitzpatrick.
Brad Goebel
Brad brings 20 years of experience from the energy services and industrial equipment world. Currently he serves as President of the Petreco Division of Cameron, having previously served as CEO of Petreco International during the period of our ownership. He was CEO of Applied Process Solutions, where he grew the company from a small upstream process equipment company into a worldwide leader with operations in Europe, North America and Asia, and previously with Baker Hughes. Brad is on the Board of Dexter Magnetic Technologies.
Charlie Buckley
Charlie has extensive experience in the plastics equipment industry with over 30 years of relevant experience. Currently, he serves as President and CEO of Davis-Standard LLC, the world leader in plastic extrusion equipment. He is the past president of John Brown Plastics and former Chief Financial Officer of Leesona. Charlie is a past director of Brown Plastics Machinery LLC, and Black Clawson Converting Machinery, Inc. In addition to serving on the board of Davis-Standard LLC, Charlie also sits on the board of The Fitzpatrick Company and has served on the advisory boards of Dormia, Dynisco, and Hudson Products.
Mitchell Haber
Mitch has spent over 23 years in the media, publishing, and information industries and completed 43 acquisitions and investments totaling $1.2 billion. He was a senior executive with Simon & Schuster and investor with Veronis Suhler Stevenson. Mitch is on the Board of All Island Media.
Jay Shattuck
Jay held executive positions with GE and GE Capital for over 20 years after graduating from the Corporate Manufacturing Management Program. He has developed, managed and divested niche product lines and businesses for GE that ranged from continuous process engineered materials to high technology systems integration. He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland University College teaching the masters seminar in Innovation and Technology Management.
Gary R. Langford
Gary has been involved with HRCo in various capacities since 1990 when he was a financial officer with AGCO Corporation. He contributes over 20 years of financial and operating experience with small and middle market companies, including Fieldcrest Cannon, Hartwell Industries and ePValue. Gary started his career at Arthur Andersen & Company implementing enterprise computer systems.
David Zachariah
David has extensive experience in international operations with a number of energy service companies. He has lived and worked in Russia and the United Kingdom and worked extensively in the Peoples Republic of China, Latin America and the Middle East. David served as Vice President of Eastern Hemisphere for Petreco International, Inc. and President of Petreco Canada, Ltd. Prior to that he was Vice President of Applied Process Solutions, Inc. In his 25 working years, David has held a variety of management positions in manufacturing, sales and operations with various energy service companies including Weatherford, Cooper Cameron, Hanover Compression, Baker Hughes, Camco, and TRW.
Hamilton Robinson Jr.
Tony founded HRCo in 1984 and remains an investor and friend of the firm. He was educated at Princeton University and Harvard Law School, and entered the investment field in 1967. Prior to that, he practiced corporate, financial and securities law with Sullivan & Cromwell in New York and Paris. He has served as chairman or director of 12 middle market companies.
Chris Carmel
Chris is a private investor and friend of HRCo having been involved in a number of transactions following a consulting position at Citicorp Venture Capital Ltd. He has been a Director of American Coachlines, Inc. and High Voltage Engineering Corporation.
Sheila Greatrex
Sheila has over 20 years' experience of providing capital to food and agribusiness companies. She has initiated transactions that contributed over $1.5 billion to the industry, ran ING's North American Food and Agribusiness Group for five years and has been CFO to two small companies with unique products for the food industry.
Roger Woodhour
Roger has been associated with the global home furnishings industry for 38 years. He joins HRCo after retiring as President and CEO of RollEase, Inc., the world leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of patented manual operating system components for the window coverings industry.
George A. Hand
George has over 25 years of progressive managerial and technical experience in the financial services sector; has served as director for public, private and non-profit concerns; and was an initial director of and investor in AGCO Corporation. He gained his institutional experience from HK International, GE Commercial Finance, Heller Financial Inc. and Arthur Andersen & Company.
